Services

Agents, then the product around them.

Agent development is the deep practice: retrieval, tools, and an evaluation. Web and apps sit beside it. Hosting sits underneath when the product should stay with YKTechHub Inc, at 180 Townsend Street in San Francisco.

AI agents

Agents built to retrieve, act, and stop.

We develop the agent and the test around it. Retrieval (RAG) pulls passages from a private archive. Tools are named: what it may read, what it may send, and where it has to hand the work to a person. Evaluations score that behavior before the agent is allowed to ship. The same agent can live inside a product your team signs into.

  • Tools and handoff
  • Evaluations before they ship

Web

Sites and web apps, from the first screen to the product people sign into.

We design the public face and the tool behind it. That includes the pages a customer sees, the account they open, and the admin a team actually uses. A web project can also be something we host, with the app and its backend living together.

  • Dashboards

03

Apps

Phone and tablet products built for the second year, not the demo.

We design applications people return to. The interface has to work one-handed, in bad light, and on a bad connection. Accounts can sync with a web product. When you want it hosted, the app talks to a backend we run.

  • iOS and Android
  • Cross-platform
  • Offline-capable tools

Hosting

A product we keep online.

Hosting is a way of delivering the work, not a fourth practice. The app, the site, or the agent talks to a backend for sign-in, permissions, and records.

Payments are one job that backend can do. A membership that charges a card is the Northline shape. The same pattern covers a portal, a shop, or an agent your team signs into.

A good fit.

  • 01A web product people sign into
  • 02An application you want designed and built
  • 03An agent that retrieves, cites, and stops for a person
  • 04A product you would like us to host, including billing
