YKTechHub Inc develops agents that retrieve from your material, cite what they used, and stop where a person decides. RAG, tools, and an evaluation are part of the build. We also design the websites and applications around them, and host the product when it should stay up.
Practices
Three ways we build.
Agent development
Retrieve, ground, then score it.
Most of the agent work is RAG plus a gate. A private corpus, passages back, an answer that can point at them, and a run that fails closed when the behavior is wrong.
Retrieve
RAG over a private corpus. The agent searches what you already have and brings the passages back, ranked.
Ground
The answer is written from those passages. A claim without a source does not ship. If nothing was retrieved, the agent says so.
Tools
Search, files, and outbound actions are named. Reading the archive is not the same permission as sending an email.
Evaluate
Cases score cite, refuse, hold, and stop. A failing case keeps the agent from shipping.

One way we ship
The app talks to a backend. Payments are one thing it can do.
A common build is an application we design, ship, and keep online. Sign-in, permissions, and records live in a backend the app already calls.
When money has to change hands — a subscription, a one-time charge — that runs through the same system. Access updates when payment succeeds. The screen stays clear when it does not. A portal, a field tool, or an agent with an account is the same idea.
