The project
Shift is the board an operations team opens with the day. Who is on, what is due, and what already shipped sit in one place.
People update it from a desk or a phone. The record stays with the job, so the morning starts from the product instead of a thread of messages.
What we made
- A shared board for the day
- Phone and desktop
